  1. Scope of action

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and delivery between Via Sonnet s.r.o. Mlynská 280, 925 22 Veľké Úľany, Slovakia and its customers at the online shop (hereafter W2go)

  1. Ordering process
  • W2go offers customer products for pets and animal owners. When you click a product or product label, a product description page will be displayed to the customer; For some products, there are several variants to choose from: For example, different sizes or flavors. To select a product, the customer enters the desired quantity and clicks the shopping cart symbol.
  • After inserting all the desired products into the cart, the customer clicks on the “Shopping cart” displayed in the upper right corner and then displays an overview of all selected products. Here the customer can change the contents of your cart.
  • If the customer wants to end the purchase, it clicks “To order/checkout”. Registered customers can enter their username and password here. Another option is to register as a new customer or purchase without registration. In case of purchase without registration, the customer must, on the next page, indicate his address and account information.
  • In the next step, the customer will receive an order overview with all selected products and their prices (including VAT) as well as the price for shipping and handling.
  • The customer is ordered to order if, in the final step, “Overview” is clicked on the “subscribe” icon. This is the order sent.
  1. Conclusion of the contract

The displayed range on the page serves as an overview, it does not represent any binding offer for sale. The customer will enter a binding offer to close the purchase agreement by clicking on the “Order” icon and thus terminating the order process. The customer receives an automated confirmation email (order confirmation). This confirmation does not serve as acceptance of the offer. The contract with Via-Sonnet s.r.o. is closed only at the moment when the company accepts the customer’s offer and sends the ordered products to the customer and confirms the sending to the other by e-mail (receipt confirmation). This occurs after crediting the payment to the seller’s account.

  1. Payment

On the basis of the submitted order, the seller will issue a proforma (imprest) invoice, which will be sent together with the order confirmation by email.

This payment may be made by the buyer to one of the payment systems offered.

Payment is possible on behalf of EUR. When paying by credit card, the amount will be withdrawn from the account within one week after the goods are shipped (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club cards).

In advance of payment, the invoiced amount per order must be transferred to the below account within 7 days of receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that money transfer can take 2-4 days.

Limiting the quantity sold

The sale of goods offered via is only possible in the amount of normal for domestic consumption and private/natural persons.

Wholesale sales are only possible after the conclusion of a contract with a commercial entity which has Oprávenenie on Malopredaj and by Via-Sonnet s.r.o.

Prices and postage


All prices listed on the Webovon portals w2go include the statutory value Added tax (VAT) and the cost of shipping and handling must be added.


When ordering in our online shop exceeding the amount of 69,-Eur you w2go will deliver the goods free of charge. A lump sum for shipping and handling will be charged for an order which does not exceed this amount. The pricelist of transport to Slovakia and abroad can be found here.


Goods Zakúpeený through W2go we supply goods only to end-users/private individuals.

The delivery time lasts if it is not otherwise marked, 3 to 4 working days from Vyexpedovania, no later than 10 days. This may affect the size and complexity of the goods. In the event that the ordered products are not shipped, since there are objective facts on the part of the w2go operator, the operator can withdraw from the contract. In this case, the W2go will inform the customer immediately and, if possible, offer a comparable product. If there is no comparable product available or the customer does not wish to supply this product, it shall pay the prevadzkovateľ to the customer without delay of any payments paid.

We send goods without customs duties within the EU. 4. Complaints

The complaints procedure is governed by the provision of the Consumer Protection Act No 250/2007 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the law) and applies to consumer goods (hereinafter referred to as goods) in which the buyer’s rights are applied in the warranty period and liability for errors (hereinafter referred to as claims).

This claim procedure is valid between the seller – Via-sonnet s.r.o. operator E shop and buyers – online store customers.

5. Scope of the guarantee

The guarantee shall not apply to:

(f) The sale of goods which, owing to their nature, may be inextricably mixed with other goods,

6. Damaged shipment on receipt

7. Reservation of title

8. Right of withdrawal

9. Consequences of withdrawal

Via Sonnet S.R.O. is not responsible for the consequences of improper use of veterinary feedingstuffs, compound mixtures and nutritional supplements and for administration in cases where this is not necessary.
