Yeast

yeasts are a mixture of hundreds of bacterial microorganisms. They contain unicellular microscopic mushrooms (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and other living cultures that have a significant impact mainly on digestion. They contain vitamin B and D, iron, copper, mineral salts, enzymes, fiber and essential acids.

Regular consumption of yeast will improve digestion, excretion and functioning of the liver.
